		<description>I consume, on average, 14 bananas a day, having done so for the last 25 years.  The only concern I have ever heard from a doctor was that I had a abnormally high T-wave on my EKG. (As far I know, a high T-wave indicates that the heart is able to take a rest between beats.) Don't think there is such a thing as too many bananas. Am I wrong?</description>

		<description>I like what i just read about this awesome fruit banana. I have been taking 6 banana's as a breakfast(empty stomatch) since past six years.

My people say too much of banana is bad, but i m yet to find any bad things which has happen in my body. 

I also read that banana help to develop sexual harmones. is it for real??</description>

		<description>Anna doesn't know how to find "real" information.   Fruit has minimal fructose (a banana only 5 grams, an apple 7) as compared to processed foods and other crap like soda that has upwards of 70 grams!

No one should fear eating a banana!  That is ridiculous, just get rid of grains and refined sugars!  Quit listening to propaganda, anna.</description>

It is true that excessive ammounts of salts are very bad for you. But your body needs salts. Many people simply don't consume enough of it, espeacially during periods of high temperatures, ect! Hence the myth that water = hyponatremia. If you eat balanced and healthy this should never be an issue.</description>
